Can I have a discount?Our pricing structure was created to allow our services to be affordable to individuals and organisations alike, for that reason we do not offer discounts. Can you automatically increase my submissions limit?At present, Zealous cannot automatically upgrade your account once you reach your submissions limit. (we are looking into it!). For that reason we recommend you select the package that best suits the number of submissions you will be getting. However, the platform will send you two reminders before your submissions limit is reached. Remember that your candidates are likely to wait until the last minute, so you may get both warnings at the same time if your opportunity is popular.

Downgrading my package?You can downgrade your package at any time, as long as the new package you have selected is: Bigger than the number of submissions you have taken within the calendar year. (e.g. You've taken 200 submissions across the year, you cannot downgrade to any packages with less than 200 submissions until your submissions are reset). Allows for the functionality you are using on any currently opened calls (e.g. If you are currently judging an opportunity across 3 rounds, you will not be able to go from a pro plan to a basic plan).

How much do you cost?Zealous is completely free for its creative users (making submissions, hosting a portfolio...). The prices below are for users hosting an open call on our platform. We are free of charge for you to draft and take up to 6 submissions. If you feel that you will need more than 6 submissions throughout the year then you will find our customisable price plan here. Our packages start from just £15 per month and you can freeze your account as soon as your opportunity is over.

Upgrading my packageYou can upgrade your package at any time, for both monthly and yearly subscriptions. Upgrading your package will take a one-off payment for the difference between your current package and your new package until the end of your subscription period. Once the period ends the full amount of the new package will be charged. e.g. If you have already paid us £10 for the month, and are upgrading halfway through the month to £20.
