Can I get a refund?

Most calls have their own refund policies, so you'll need to check it with the organiser of the opportunity. To contact them:

  • Go to your submissions page

  • Click on the gear for the opportunity you would like a refund for
  • Select contact organiser
  • This is open an email addressed to the organisation running the call
If you've overpaid due to a mistake of ours, we will of course be happy to investigate and issue you a refund. You can email us at info@zealous.co.
If you feel the opportunity you have submitted to is fraudulant please email legal@zealous.co and we'll be sure to investigate further.
