View submission invoices

If you've paid for a submission you can retrieve an invoice

  • Log in
  • Go to My Submissions
  • Find the submission you made the payment to
  • Click on the gear icon on the top right of the submission
  • Click on View Invoice
  • This will open Xero (our invoicing platform) where you can download the invoice in a format of your choosing
If you cannot see a view invoice button it might be because you made multiple submissions to one call. The invoice will be associated to the submission you made the payment for (most likely the first one if you bought many submissions at the same time).
