Fields can't you edit once a call is published
Zealous was built to be as flexible as possible. This means most of the fields can be edited once your call is published; and even as you are taking submissions.
There are however a couple of exceptions.
- Location - cannot be edited once your call is published
- Field/Role - cannot be edited once your call is published
- Categories - cannot be edited once you have received your first submission (this includes drafts). This is to ensure you don't lose any submissions that were made.
- Timezone (upcoming feature) - Your schedule includes the timezone you wish to use, this is mostly for the emails being sent out to candidates and judges. This cannot be edited once your call is published.
It is also worth noting that although you can change fields during the lifecycle of your opportunity, that it is best practice to have the call created and published with accurate timelines, judges added, and the right guidelines and application form process. This builds confidence in your process with candidates and makes your opportunity shine from the get-go!
